The bagel your mouth deserves (not your eyes)! Available in plain and everything seasoning.
Ingredients: organic bread flour, sourdough discard, water, sea salt, organic instant yeast, granulated sugar, egg white for egg wash. Toppings optional.
Sourdough English Muffins

Warning: These muffins may be structurally questionable, but they hold butter and jam like a champ. Flavor over form, always!

Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies

Baked with a personality, not a perfectionist! These cookies are big! They are made from sourdough discard. They chill in the refrigerator for approximately 20 hours prior to baking, so you get the added digestive health benefits.
Ingredients: Organic all purpose flour, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, chocolate chips, sourdough discard, butter, eggs, homemade vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt.
****Baked goods are only available locally! I work 24 hour shifts, so stuff isn't available daily as I bake everything fresh. I will need notice to make your baked dreams come true. I do NOT do cake decorating. Don't even ask unless you want something that looks like it could star on Nailed It. ****Bakery falls under Texas Cottage Law. This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. *Every possible attempt will always be made to prepare baked goods with all organic ingredients; however, I do not have control over what is always available.
